It's been a while since I came to Holland last time. And also been a while since I played at Awakeings last time - maybe it was 5-6 years ago.
It's a great techno event in the country. The night I played on was the first night of three nights in row, as well as a JAPAN NIGHT! Takkyu Ishino, Q'Hey, Shin Nishimura and Takaaki Itoh etc are the line-up of the night. This is quite unique in Europe. Although I have taken part in Japan festivals in a few countries so far, those were focused on the culture or tradition of Japan. This Awakenings' way is more natural and cool to us.
Normally I travel or work on my own while touring, so it's fun to be together on stage with friends from Japan like this time. I would like more promoters to do something like this!
